These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BoardGlide, operated by Cyber Vision Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("BoardGlide," "we," "us"), located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

  • BoardGlide offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires selecting a paid plan.
  • Subscriptions are billed per user, per month or per year, at the rate for your selected plan at the time of purchase.
  • Client seats invited to your organization are billed to your organization, subject to the seat limit you configure.
  • Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BoardGlide to:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the platform
  • Access data belonging to another organization without authorization
  • Resell or sublicense access to BoardGlide without our written consent

4. Client and Team Member Access

If you invite clients or team members to your organization's BoardGlide workspace, you are responsible for ensuring they comply with these Terms. Your organization controls what information client-role users can access, within the permissions BoardGlide provides.

5. AI Features

BoardGlide includes AI-assisted features (summarization, drafting, task suggestions). These are provided as assistive tools, not guaranteed-accurate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the content and data your organization creates within BoardGlide. We do not claim ownership of your projects, tasks, or communications.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardGlide's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
