We built BoardGlide because we needed it ourselves

Before BoardGlide was a product, it was an internal tool solving a real problem for a real agency.

BoardGlide started inside Cyber Vision Infotech, a digital agency running web, mobile, and marketing projects for clients across multiple countries. Like most agencies, the team was managing projects in one tool, time in another, client updates by email, and hoping nothing internal ever leaked into a client conversation by accident.

Rather than adopting another generic task manager and working around its limits, we built the tool we actually needed — one where internal work and client-facing work are separated by design, not by careful manual discipline that eventually slips.

BoardGlide is now available to other agencies facing the same problem.

What We Believe

Clients deserve transparency, not access.

A client should always know where their project stands — without needing to see your internal team's day-to-day conversations, costs, or half-finished work.

Software should match how agencies actually work.

Generic project tools force agencies to build workarounds for client visibility, billing, and delivery reporting. We built those in from the start.

Honesty scales better than hype.

We'd rather tell you plainly what BoardGlide does and doesn't do yet than oversell features that aren't fully there.
